Janel knows the questions to ask and made suggestions that we would have never thought about and she always kept our budget in mind. We hired Homes by Gary Byker to do a tear down and build a new home for us. 

The lot had some challenges but Gary was able to work thru those challenges very effectively and efficiently.

We appreciated Gary and Janel’s ability to make modifications as requested. Janel’s design team was very creative and made a number of suggestions during the build process that we were very happy to do and thankful that the suggestions had been made. Gary uses excellent subcontractors who were always very helpful and accommodating as well as eager to help us understand when we had questions. Gary was also very good at scheduling subcontractors so that work was continuous.

We are extremely happy with our new home!!!!
